2.1 When You Create an Account
When you sign up or log in, we collect:
- Sign in with Google: Your name, email address, and profile photo, shared by Google when you choose to sign in with your Google account.
- Sign in with GitHub: Your name, email address, and basic profile details, shared by GitHub when you choose to sign in. We also get access to your code repositories so you can connect them to your Odoo setup.
- Email and Password: Your email address and a password that is stored securely. We never store your password as plain text. A security check (to confirm you are a real person, not a bot) is also done when you log in.
2.2 When You Use the Service
- Your Odoo Setup: Details about the Odoo software you set up through our platform — such as the version, location, and custom settings you choose.
- Backups: Copies of your Odoo data that we save automatically to keep your information safe.
- Connected Code: The link to your GitHub code folder that you connect to sync extra features. We do not save your actual code on our servers.
- Support Messages: Any messages or requests you send to our support team.
2.3 Collected Automatically
- How You Use the Site: Which pages you visit, which buttons you click, and how you navigate — this helps us understand what works well and what needs improvement.
- How You Signed In: Whether you used Google, GitHub, or email and password to log in.
- Basic Device Info: Your approximate location, browser type, and the time you visited — recorded to help us keep the service secure.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Set up and run your Odoo software
- Connect your GitHub code to your Odoo setup
- Send you important alerts about your backups or account
- Help you when you contact our support team
- Make the service better over time
- Keep the service safe and prevent misuse
- Meet our legal responsibilities
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
4.1 What We Save on Your Device
We save a small amount of information in your browser to make the service work properly:
- Your Login Session: A small file that keeps you logged in while you use the site. It is removed when you log out or after a set period of time.
- Your Cookie Choice: Whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we do not ask you again.
- Your Dashboard Layout: How you have arranged your personal dashboard so it looks the same every time you come back.
4.2 Cookies from Other Services
- Google Analytics: Helps us see how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. We use it in privacy-friendly mode: until you accept cookies it only collects anonymous, aggregated visit counts and stores nothing on your device. Accepting cookies allows fuller measurement.
- Security Check (Cloudflare Turnstile): Used on the login and sign-up pages to make sure you are a real person. This always runs and is needed for login and sign-up to work.
- Security Check (reCAPTCHA): Used on the contact form to make sure you are a real person.
4.3 Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit the site, a small banner will ask if you accept cookies. You can click Decline and the banner will not appear again. Saying no means we store no analytics cookies on your device — we still see anonymous, aggregated visit counts, but nothing that identifies you. Your login and account always work normally either way.

5. How We Keep Your Data Safe
We take several steps to protect your information:
- Each customer's Odoo setup is kept completely separate from others
- All data is stored in a secure, protected environment
- Everything sent between your browser and our servers is fully encrypted
- Your data is backed up automatically every day
- Passwords are never saved as plain text — they are always protected
- We never store your full payment card details — payments go through a trusted payment provider
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We never sell your personal information. We only share it when necessary:
- Google: When you sign in with Google or when we measure site usage. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- GitHub: When you sign in with GitHub or connect your code. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
- Payment Provider: When you subscribe to a paid plan. We never see or store your full card number.
- Authorities: If required by law to protect users or comply with legal requests.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- See your data: Ask us what information we hold about you by emailing us.
- Download your backups: Download a copy of your Odoo backups at any time from the Backups section inside your instance.
- Change your cookie choice: Accept or decline cookies at any time using the cookie banner or your browser settings.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your account and Odoo data for as long as your account is active.
Basic server records are kept for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
