1. By Using Easy Instance, You Agree to These Terms
When you sign up or use Easy Instance, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming that you have permission to do so.
If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Easy Instance Does
Easy Instance lets you set up, run, and manage Odoo instances in the cloud — without needing to worry about servers, configuration, or maintenance. Everything is managed through a simple web dashboard.
3. Creating an Account
- You can sign in with your Google account, GitHub account, or email and password.
- Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for anything that happens on your account.
- Please use accurate details when signing up.
- If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away.
4. What You Can and Can't Do
Please don't use Easy Instance to:
- Do anything illegal or harmful
- Spread viruses, spam, or harmful content
- Try to break into our systems or other users' accounts
- Slow down or disrupt the service for others
- Mine cryptocurrency or run heavy tasks unrelated to Odoo
- Resell access to our platform without our permission
- Copy or reverse-engineer how our platform works
If we find someone misusing the service, we may suspend or close their account.
5. Your Data
- It's yours: Everything you store in your Odoo instances belongs to you. We have no claim over your data.
- Backups: We automatically back up your data according to your plan. That said, we still recommend keeping your own copy of anything critical.
- Exporting: You can download your data anytime from the Odoo admin panel, or ask our support team to help.
- After you leave: If you close your account, we'll delete your data within 30 days.
6. Uptime and Reliability
- We aim to keep Easy Instance running smoothly and available as much as possible. Uptime targets vary by plan and are listed on our pricing page.
- If we need to do maintenance, we'll let you know at least 48 hours ahead of time.
- If we fall short of the uptime target for your plan, you can contact support to ask for service credits.
7. About Odoo
Easy Instance helps you deploy and run Odoo, which is software built by a separate company called Odoo SA. Depending on the version you use, Odoo is covered by its own open-source or enterprise license.
We're not part of Odoo SA — we're an independent hosting service. If you have questions about Odoo itself, the Odoo community or Odoo SA is the right place to go.
8. Our Platform
Everything that makes up Easy Instance — the design, the code, the branding — belongs to us. Please don't copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of it without asking us first.
9. Our Liability
We work hard to keep Easy Instance reliable, but we can't be held responsible for things like lost business, lost data, or other indirect losses if something goes wrong.
If you do have a valid claim against us, our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
10. If Something Goes Wrong Because of You
If we face a legal claim or costs because of how you used Easy Instance — for example, because you broke these terms or someone else's rights — you agree to cover those costs.
11. Closing Your Account
- You can close your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
- We may close or suspend your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or if we're required to by law.
- After your account is closed, we'll keep your data available for 30 days so you can retrieve it. After that, it will be permanently deleted.
12. Which Laws Apply
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's ever a legal dispute, it will be handled by the courts in Kerala, India.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use Easy Instance after that means you're okay with the updated terms.
