Staging Creation
You need an active subscription to create a staging copy. Creating one costs nothing up front.
- Flat fee: the monthly staging price comes to 0.83 per day.
- Storage: the copy has the same storage as your main instance, and every GB is charged at 0.80 per month, split by day.
- The charges add up and appear as separate lines on your main instance's next bill, showing how many days they cover and how the amount was worked out.
- If you delete the staging copy before that bill, the days used so far are charged then, so deleting it stops further charges.

What is a "worker"?
A worker is an Odoo server process. More workers means more concurrent requests your instance can handle at once — useful once you have several people using the system simultaneously. You can start with 1 and add more anytime.
Can I change workers or storage later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard — drag the same sliders shown here. Changes apply immediately and billing is prorated automatically; no downtime, no support ticket needed.
Do you charge per Odoo user?
